• Where is the store based?

• Who are you?

  I'm Andy (social media is linked on the side), and this is my store for collab art book projects which I organise. These are made for fun with fellow friends and illustrators, centred around self-indulgent things such as our favourite anime series or original content. We hope you enjoy them!

  All books are funded by a single pre-order run. Leftover stock and PDF's are available for a little while after a project ends.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, this shop ships worldwide. If your country is not listed, email [email protected] before placing an order.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  2021 UPDATE: Due to the COVID-19 situation, a international mail is heavily delayed, so bear in mind orders may take longer than usual to reach you

  For pre-order items, check the individual listing for shipping dates.

  For in-stock items, orders will be mailed or emailed within 1-2 weeks of purchase.

  Domestic (UK) orders should arrive within a week of dispatch.
  International orders usually take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Please contact [email protected] BEFORE you purchase if you have specific delivery requirements other than what is offered.

• Where does the money go?

  Fanart projects are non-profit. Pre-order funds are to cover production costs and leftover money is donated to a relevant charity. Receipts are posted to my Twitter once a project wraps up!

  PDF/leftover sales of older books are added onto the next donation.

• Why have some pre-order items sold out before the stated end date?

  Bonus merch & commission tiers may be limited quantity and tend to sell out.

  I realize people may not be able to purchase within a certain time period, so if you missed out, drop me a message. Even if I don't have extra stock myself, I may be able to point you to an artist who does.

• My order has not been shipped/arrived yet!

  Before contacting the shop: check the shop header or my Twitter (linked left) for production updates. I am just 1 person and regrettably delays happen or I may be swamped with processing orders. Your patience and understanding is appreciated!

  If you order multiple items and one of them is a pre-order product, they will ship when the pre-order item ships.

  If you can't see a relevant update or want further info, please send an email. I will get back to you as soon as possible!

• My order arrived incorrect/damaged, what do I do?

  Please contact the shop/[email protected] with your order details and photos of the damage if applicable. We'll work something out! I will replace damaged items to the best of my ability, or offer full/partial refunds on a case basis.

• What about customs?

  All orders are marked as 'gift' and 'booklet' which should prevent most fees, if any. You are responsible for paying any further import taxes leveraged on your purchases.

• I'm having checkout issues!

  This is sometimes caused by your browser - try a different internet browser or device first. If no luck, send a message or email.

• Do you allow group orders?

  Yes - there are tracked and untracked shipping rates for 3-8 items.

  If you have other requirements or wish to order more than 8 units, contact us to get a shipping quote.

• What is Storenvy?
